Provided is a slow juicing device which is easy to clean and comprises a juicing container (100), a spiral body (200) arranged in the juicing container (100) and driven by an electric motor (501), and a juice filtering member (300) arranged in the periphery of the spiral body (200) for cooperating with the spiral body (200), wherein the juice filtering member (300) comprises at least one filtering ring (301), and at least one end face of the filtering ring (301) is provided with a plurality of conducting grooves (302) with unclosed cross sections. In a working state, the conducting grooves (302) are closed to form a plurality of filtering meshes (302A) for separating residues from the juice. In a cleaning state, the filtering ring (301) moves in an axial direction, the filtering meshes (302A) with closed cross sections are disassembled into the conducting grooves (302) with unclosed cross sections; and since the cross sections of the conducting grooves (302) are unclosed, the grooves can be cleaned with water directly, and the cleaning is convenient, time-saving and energy-saving.
