The present invention relates to a bacteriophage Lac-BRP-1 (Accession No. KCTC 12659BP) isolated from nature, characterized by having a genome represented by SEQ. ID. NO: 1 having an ability to specifically kill Lactobacillus brevis. And a method for preventing and treating contamination of Lactobacillus brevis with a composition containing the same as an effective ingredient.
