The present invention relates to a method of managing logistics and transportation. The method of managing logistics and transportation according to the present invention comprises: a step of receiving logistics and transportation member information from a logistics and transportation member management server, wherein the logistics and transportation member information includes vehicle identification information of the logistics and transportation member and logistics and transportation-customized credit card information; a step of storing the logistics and transportation member information in a database; a step of transferring the logistics and transportation member information to a credit card company server; a step of receiving the payment information of the logistics and transportation-customized credit card from the credit card company server; a step of storing the payment information in the database according to the vehicle identification number included in the payment information or the credit card information by matching the same with the corresponding member; and a step of transferring the payment information to the logistics and transportation member management server.
