PURPOSE: A system for intellectual allocating cars of logistics, and a delivery method and system for the same are provided to improve an image of an enterprise, to expand a selling owing to a rapid response to a request of a customer, enabling a gateway to always understand a location of an engineer through a location tracking system, enabling the engineer who is in the nearest location to promptly move in case that the customer requests a service for delivering the physical distribution, and to reduce delivery expenses by reducing a manpower for allocating cars for the delivery. CONSTITUTION: A wireless character communication exchanger of a businessman of basic communication and a communication base station connected to the exchanger are used. A gateway of logistics communication service businessman is connected to wireless character communication exchanger through a leased line. The gateway is connected to an agent server of a logistics by the internet through a general telephone line or a high-speed communication network. The gateway of the businessman of the logistics communication service comprises a UMS, a VOIP and an automatic ordering system. The delivery engineer takes charge of receiving and delivering the goods from the customer who makes request for a delivery service and carries a terminal having a program and a location tracking module which execute a function for an intellectual type of allocation of cars.
