Methods for Differentiating Stem Cells To Hepatocytes Using Biocompatible Solubilized Scaffold Concentrate Derived from Decellularized Organ Tissue
The present invention relates to methods for differentiating stem cells to hepatocytes using a biocompatible solubilized scaffold extract derived from decellularized organ tissue, and to a composition for inducing differentiation. The present invention relates to the methods for differentiating the stem cells to the hepatocytes using the biocompatible solubilized scaffold extract derived from the decellularized organ tissue, and a medium composition for differentiation induction from the stem cells to the hepatocytes show that decellularized liver tissue which can provide survival of induced pluripotent stem cells and 2D (two-dimensional) or 3D (three-dimensional) microenvironment for the differentiation to the hepatocytes, and can be effectively used in the differentiation or a culture of the induced pluripotent stem cells.
