The present invention provides a composition and a method for stem cell culture or differentiation comprising a biocompatible solubilized scaffold extract derived from a defatted living tissue as an active ingredient. According to the present invention, a composition and a method for culturing or differentiating stem cells comprising the defatted biomedical tissue-derived biocompatible solubilization scaffold extract of the present invention as an active ingredient of the present invention can be effectively used for differentiation and culture of stem cells .
