The present invention relates to a micro device for nanoparticle synthesis that performs nanoparticle synthesis by mixing of seed, growth, and control solutions. The present invention includes: multiple unit patterns (160) arranged along a circumferential direction; a first pattern portion (120) for seed solution distribution; and a second pattern portion (130) for growth solution distribution. Each of the multiple unit patterns is provided with a reaction chamber (162), a seed solution inflow chamber (164) positioned radially inside the reaction chamber and connected to the reaction chamber, a growth solution inflow chamber (166) positioned radially inside the reaction chamber and connected to the reaction chamber, and a control solution storage chamber (168) positioned radially inside the reaction chamber and connected to the reaction chamber. The first pattern portion is provided with a first main pattern (121) extending in a zigzag shape along the circumferential direction. The second pattern portion (130) is provided with a second main pattern (131) extending in a zigzag shape along the circumferential direction. Multiple first outside corner portions (123) formed in the first main pattern (121) are connected on a one-to-one basis to the respective seed solution inflow chambers of the multiple unit patterns.
