The present invention relates to a method for preparing fermented coffee which comprises the following steps: fermenting raw coffee beans using lactic acid bacteria isolated from raw coffee beans for luwak coffee, produced from a Paradoxurus jerdoni; and drying and roasting the raw coffee beans fermented in the previous step to prepare fermented coffee beans.
