The present invention relates to an organic light emitting element allowing high-efficiency and low-voltage driving and having an improved luminance decrease rate in a low grayscale region and, more specifically, to an organic light emitting element comprising, in succession: a first electrode; a second electrode facing the first electrode; and a light emitting layer and a charge balance control layer formed between the first electrode and the second electrode, the light emitting layer containing at least one amine compound represented by [chemical formula A], and the charge balance control layer containing at least one of anthracene derivative compounds represented by [chemical formula B] or [chemical formula C], wherein the structures of [chemical formula A], [chemical formula B] and [chemical formula C] are the same as those described in the detailed description of the invention.
