Disclosed is an expansion joint for a bridge having a leakage prevention structure. According to the present invention, the expansion joint for a bridge having a leakage prevention structure comprises: an installation member including a pair of support members having vertical ends facing each other and horizontal ends horizontally coupled to upper ends of the vertical ends, a rubber waterproof member having an expansion unit formed on a center thereof, wherein both ends thereof are coupled to the vertical ends on both sides, and a finger plate coupled to the horizontal ends on both sides, and having a support end bent in multiple stages to form an insertion unit opened upwards between inner surfaces of the vertical ends and the same to be coupled to the inner surfaces of the vertical ends; and a pressing member which is inserted between the inner surfaces of the vertical ends and an end of the rubber waterproof member and tightly attaches the end to an inner surface of the support end while the end is inserted into the insertion unit. If the finger plate is coupled to the horizontal ends by a bolt, the finger plate presses the wedge-shaped pressing member downwards by a coupling force of the bolt to allow a lower end of the pressing member to tightly attach the end to the support end to maintain airtightness between the lower end, the end, and the support end to prevent a leakage. According to the present invention, since the finger plate presses the pressing member downwards by a coupling force generated when coupling the finger plate of the expansion joint to the horizontal ends of the support member, the lower end of the pressing member tightly attaches the end of the rubber waterproof member to the support end of the installation member to improve waterproof performance of the expansion joint.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
