The present invention provides a method for preparing roasted laver, which comprises the following steps: (a) applying an oil phase part on a laver sheet to manufacture laver sheets coated with the oil phase part; (b) preparing a mixed seasoning containing salt and red pepper powder; and (c) sprinkling the mixed seasoning of the step (b) to the laver sheets to which the oil phase part of the step (a) is applied, and heating the laver sheets to obtain the roasted laver. The roasted laver obtained by the method of the present invention contains butter and the mixed seasoning, thereby providing a similar flavor to properly roasted lamb kebab; and contains shortening, thereby providing an extremely crunchy texture to the laver sheets. Additionally, the separation of the mixed seasoning, which is applied to the roasted laver obtained by the method of the present invention, is minimized.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
