The present invention provides a process for preparing roasted ginseng comprising the steps of: (a) preparing a sheet roughed with an oily portion by applying an oily portion to a sheet roving; (b) preparing a mixed seasoning containing salt and red pepper powder; And (c) sprinkling the mixed seasoning of step (b) on the sheet having the oil phase applied in step (a). The roasted kimi prepared by the method of the present invention contains butter and mixed seasoning to provide a flavor similar to that of the well-brewed meats, and also includes shortening, which provides a very crispy texture of the roasted steaming. In addition, the roasted roast prepared by the method of the present invention has an advantage of minimizing the separation of the mixed sauce applied in roasted roasted roasted beans.
