The present invention relates to a method for producing lactobacillus-fermented Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill. using a fruit composition. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing a lactobacillus-fermented Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill. using a fruit composition, enabling application as functional foods with excellent anticancer, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidative functions. To this end, the fermented Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill. is produced by the following steps: producing the fruit composition consisting of apple, pear, and grape under condition adequate for lactobacillus-fermentation of Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.)
