The present invention relates to a method for cooking gimbap-jeon using raw eggs, and to the gimbap-jeon related thereto, and particularly, to a method for cooking gimbap-jeon having improved flavor by covering a liquid of raw eggs on existing various types of gimbap, and to the gimbap-jeon related thereto. Therefore, the flavor of the existing various types of gimbap is improved by the liquid of raw eggs, hot heat, and edible oil, and the taste of cooked eggs is served with various contents of each gimbap to provide a totally novel taste. Moreover, the hot heat treatment will not only help prevent food poisoning of gimbap sellers who are always worried, but also a storage period of gimbap-jeon will be increased. And the gimbap-jeon of the present invention will be the best item as new transformation of uneaten gimbap at home.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
