The present invention relates to a method to control the temperature of molten metal for a casting to clamp a pipe used in a thermoelectric power plant and, more specifically, relates to a method to control the temperature of molten metal for a casting to clamp a pipe used in a thermoelectric power plant, correctly controlling a tapping temperature of the molten metal in a melting furnace at 1,680°C and correctly controlling the injection temperature of the molten metal to manufacture a casting at 1,630°C; thereby removing inclusions and nitrogen gas generated on the surface of the molten metal, thus improving the quality of metal tissues. To achieve this, the method comprises: a tapping step of tapping a molten metal, which is formed by metaling a metal wherein 50 weight percent of nickel and 50 weight percent of chrome are mixed in a melting furnace, at 1,680°C when being tapped to the outside; a first 30°C molten metal temperature lowering step of lowering the molten metal with a temperature of 1,680°C by 30°C during a process to move the tapped molten metal to inject the same in a ladle; an injection step of injecting the molten metal with a temperature lowered by 30°C into the ladle and maintaining the temperature of the molten metal at 1,650°C during injection; an auxiliary metallic material injection step of inserting an auxiliary metallic material when the molten metal is inserted into the ladle, to reduce inclusions and nitrogen gas formed on the surface of the molten metal; a second 20°C molten metal temperature lowering step of moving the molten metal whose temperature of 1,650°C is lowered by 20°C during a process to move the molten meat injected into the ladle to inject the same into a mold; and a casting manufacturing step of injecting the molten metal whose temperature is lowered by 20°C into the mold at 1,630°C to manufacture a casting to clamp a pipe used in a thermoelectric power plant.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
