The present invention relates to a method for preparing a biocomposite material by using the unidirectional silk fibroin, and EB-polybutylene succinate (PBS). More specifically, the method is for preparing a biocomposite material by using natural fibers including the silk fibroin and the PBS which is a thermoplastic aliphatic polyester material. According to the present invention, the unidirectional silk fibroin and EB-PBS biocomposite material is prepared by impregnating the PBS formed by mixing triallyl isocyanurate (TAIC) and the pure PBS in the silk fibroin, preparing the prepregs of unidirectional silk fibroin and PBS, and emitting electronic beams to the prepregs of unidirectional silk fibroin and PBS to significantly enhance the mechanical properties and thermal deformation temperature of the PBS alone to significantly improve the physical properties of the composite material. Accordingly, the present invention can improve a process by predicting changes in properties of the natural fiber reinforcement board.
