The present invention relates to a method for preparing a biocomposite material by using the silk fibroin, wool, and polybutylene succinate (PBS). The present invention also relates to a method for preparing a biocomposite material by using mixed fibers of the silk fibroin and wool with electron beams emitted thereto and the PBS. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method of preparing the biocomposite material which is made of the natural fibers of silk fibroin and wool and the PBS which is a thermoplastic aliphatic polyester material. According to the present invention, the mixed fibers of the silk fibroin and wool and the PBS are integrated by using an extruding and injection-molding process technology to significantly enhance the mechanical properties and thermal deformation temperature of the PBS alone to significantly improve the physical properties of the composite material. Accordingly, the present invention can improve a process by predicting changes in properties of the natural fiber reinforcement board.
