A benefit coverage management system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a benefit coverage system for selecting and registering a benefit coverage beneficiary according to a benefit coverage beneficiary selection standard to effectively manage benefit coverage beneficiaries and to provide the benefit coverage beneficiaries with monetary benefits; and a company branch server for receiving applications for registration of benefit coverage on health insurance from applicants, and registering benefit coverage beneficiaries therein or transmitting and registering the same to the benefit coverage system. The benefit coverage system comprises: a data construction module for constructing a benefit coverage beneficiary selection standard to manage benefit coverage beneficiaries, and constructing benefit coverage beneficiary data according to the benefit coverage beneficiary selection standard; and a treating module for performing registration with respect to benefit coverage beneficiaries according to the benefit coverage beneficiary selection standard set by the data construction module.
