The present invention relates to a life-saving method using a life-saving belt of a cross hip-sack type. The present invention includes: a buoyant belt portion (200) which is worn and wound around one side shoulder of a wearer and the waist opposite to the shoulder of the wearer, and provides buoyancy in accordance with the injection of gas; a control portion (100) for injecting gas into the buoyant belt portion (200) in response to position information or an external request and transmitting the position information; and a coupling portion (300) for coupling the control portion (100) and the buoyant belt portion (200) to each other so as to prevent the buoyant belt portion (200) from being separated from the wearer′s body while the buoyant belt portion (200) is worn on the wearer′s body.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
