The stationary transit vehicle operating system through rapid charging includes a train, a plurality of feeders, and a central control unit. The electric rail vehicle includes a rapid charge storage device that stops at each of a plurality of histories and stores energy charged during the passenger''s getting-in / off time and all the regenerative energy generated during braking. The plurality of feeders are installed in each of the histories and rapidly charge energy to the rapid-charge storage device while the train stops in the history. The central control unit controls energy charging to the rapid charge storage device based on the stopping time of the train, the distance between the history, and the charge amount of the rapid charge storage device.
