The present invention provides a sleeving machine for automatically packing an ice cream cone with wrapping paper, which enables wrapping paper not to be supplied to a magazine in which an ice cream cone is not supplied, and enables only wrapping paper in the front end to be absorbed and drawn out by a vacuum compression pad when drawing out cone-shaped wrapping paper that is stacked for a plurality of wrapping paper not to be drawn out at once. Moreover, as a magazine in which wrapping paper is stacked is installed to be inclined, a lot of wrapping paper can be stacked in one magazine at once to conveniently manage the wrapping paper. A plurality of magazines and relevant tools are operated by one cylinder to provide a simple structure and the sleeving machine can be conveniently repaired and managed.
