FIELD: weapons and ammunition.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the ammunition field and can be used in the manufacturing of a new type weapon, called "non-lethal", with the possibility of impact on the target like a strong fist strike with limited damage or injury in the human body's areas, especially the head. The bullet contains a thin shell in the form of a ball or approximately spherical shape, made of low density polyethylene, and includes a cavity that is filled with a gel. The outer surface of the shell is performed in the form of elastic leafs, that are attached with an adhesive to the thin shell and tightly braces the surface of the shell. One ends of the leafs have a rigid connection between each other on the one of the poles and completely cover it. The other ends of the leafs have a difference to the direction of the second bullet pole and form a circular central belt. The circular belt includes a microchannel, overlapped inside by elastic leaf. The microchannel in the circular belt is intended to fill the cavity with the gel, by using a mounting tool in the form of injection syringe. When you hit the target with excessive force, the circular belt of the bullet shell instantly bursts, causing a gap between the leafs, which take the form of an open parachute, i.e. an open "flower", therefore, the risk of unacceptable damage of the target body.
