This attachment device (1) for exhaust muffler of a motor vehicle comprises a first hollow rod (2) able to be fixed to the body of the vehicle, a second hollow rod (6) adapted to be fixed to the exhaust muffler of the vehicle, a stud (10) comprising two holes (13, 14) extending from a frontal surface (11) to an opposite surface (12) and designed to be inserted therein, respectively, the free ends (3, 7) of the two hollow rods (2, 6).
