PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means of simply promoting a milk flavor with an easily obtainable food in a milk-containing food and drink, concretely, a method where milk likeness is allowed to easily feel by swiftly feeling a milk flavor, and further, the milk flavor can be felt even in aftertaste, and a milk flavor promoter.;SOLUTION: Provided is a method for improving a milk flavor in milk-containing food and drink where a small amount of maltitol is incorporated into milk-containing food and drink added with sugar and/or isomerized sugar.
