PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a low resistance or a porous structure of tin alloy at low energy cost per formed object using a low power laser and galvanic substitution reaction.;SOLUTION: Provided are a method for forming a low resistance or porous structure of a metal alloy containing tin and a formed structure. Using a mixed material of a low-melting point metal powder containing tin and a high-melting point metal powder, a metal powder fixing layer adhered to a base material is formed by melting the low-melting point metal by laser irradiation.
