METHOD FOR REINFORCING FRUIT JUICE FEELING, AND FRUIT JUICE FEELING-REINFORCED COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reinforcing a fruit juice feeling capable of reinforcing a fruit juice feeling while reducing the unpreasant tastes such as bitterness and astringency of a fruit juice, and a fruit juice feeling-reinforced composition.;SOLUTION: There is provided a method for reinforcing a fruit juice feeling by the addition of a high sweetness sweetener, inositol and an acidulant to a fruit juice, and also provided is a fruit juice feeling-reinforced composition containing: a high sweetness sweetener; inositol; and an acidulant. As the high sweetness sweetener, a Momordicae grosvenori extract is most preferable since it is a sweetener derived from a fruit juice, thus has a good compatibility with a fruit juice, and is excellent in an effect of improving the fruit juice feeling of a fruit juice.
