PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot control device having a learning facilitation function, and a robot control method.SOLUTION: A robot control device 10 includes: a command trajectory 18 generated in accordance with a command value and expressing a position of a robot 12; a learning section for learning by detecting deviation from an operation trajectory 20 expressing an actual position in which the robot 12 has operated, and creating a program that is corrected by adjusting the command trajectory 18; a storage section for storing the corrected program; and a re-learning section for implementing re-learning with respect to a re-learning site that is a part of the operation trajectory specified by an operator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
