PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide simple, highly sensitive and specific RNA amplification methods, RNA detection methods and assay kits.;SOLUTION: The invention provides an RNA amplification method comprising the steps of: (a) carrying out reverse transcription of a first sequence in a target RNA to obtain a reverse transcription product containing a first' sequence complementary with the first sequence; (b) dissociating the reverse transcription product and the target RNA; (c) hybridizing an elongation primer and the reverse transcription product for elongating both of them to obtain an elongated product; (d) maintaining an amplification reaction solution comprising the elongated product, a primer set, and at least one of Tin(exo-) DNA polymerase and Bsm DNA polymerase under an amplification reaction condition to amplify the first' sequence and/or a complementary strand thereof.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
