PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Asian-taste coriander sauce that has the original flavor of coriander even when stored for a long time.;SOLUTION: A coriander sauce contains coriander and fish sauce. The coriander sauce contains the coriander of 2-30 mass% and has a sodium chloride concentration of 5-20 mass% in an aqueous phase, a pH of 5.0-6.5, and a water activity of 0.75-0.9. The coriander sauce has the fish sauce content of 0.1-5 mass%. Preferably, the coriander sauce contains sodium chloride of 0.25-5 pts.mass relative to the coriander 1 pts.mass.
