PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a property division simulation device capable of confirming an inheritance tax amount and a risk during inheritance in each case while separately performing property division on a predetermined condition with a simple method separately in each case to subsequently and appropriately change the condition according to user's desire.;SOLUTION: The property division simulation device includes: input means for inputting inheritance property including company's own stock, real estate or cash; inheritance tax or the like determination means for calculating the inheritance property on the basis of simulation of an inheritor and inheritance property division to determine an inheritance property amount of each inheritor, determining the burden amount of an inheritance tax of each inheritor on the basis of the inheritance property amount, and determining cash balance obtained by subtracting the burden amount of the inheritance property from the cash; and evaluation determination means for evaluating whether contents determined by the inheritance tax or the like determination means are appropriate on the basis of the criteria predetermined about evaluation items of at least a burden of paying tax, the fairness of inheritance, living expenses for spouse, and division risk of company's own stock.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
