PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of noodles containing Peucedanum japonicum that improves mixed state of wheat flour and Peucedanum japonicum powder, and can use Peucedanum japonicum effectively.;SOLUTION: In a method manufacturing noodles from noodles dough provided by adding saline water to raw materials including wheat flour and Peucedanum japonicum powder and kneading it, a weight ratio of the Peucedanum japonicum powder for the wheat flour is 2-5%, and mean diameter of the Peucedanum japonicum powder is smaller than mean diameter of the wheat flour.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
