A primary swirler (40) and a secondary swirler (42) are arranged coaxially at a predetermined distance from each other and separated by a Venturi device coaxial with an injection nozzle (36). The primary swirler is securely fixed to and spaced apart by a constant radial distance from the injection nozzle to prevent the fuel vaporized by the injection nozzle from impacting with the primary swirler.
