The purpose of the notification is the production method of bioethanol with an increased biorenewal factor characterised by the milling of the cereal raw materials, followed by enzymatic hydrolysis of the starch contained in the raw materials with the addition of the enzyme preparation to obtain the form of fermentation sugars, the resulting sugars are fermented to obtain first generation ethanol by yeasts of the species Saccharomyces cerevisae. Subsequently, the raw materials are distilled by distilling ethanol extracted from the post-treatment mixture. Next,the process of separation of the suspension from the exhausted liquid after distillation (evaporation) is carried out to separate the solid fraction and the liquid fraction. The separated solid fraction is then dried to form a solid semi-product and the resulting cellulose fraction is hydrolysed to form sugars by a simple thermal pressure method,then hydrolyses by biological method,Whereas simple sugars produced after hydrolysis undergo a fermentation process followed by distillation of second generation ethanol, followed by a process of mixing the stream in proportion to the ethanol I generation 95 to 97%,ethanol II generation 3 to 5%,which is then jointly dehydrated using the molecular sieve method.
