A power-down protection circuit of a device. In the power-down protection circuit of a device, a valid input voltage of an enable signal of a DC conversion power supply circuit (1) is set be greater than the lowest acceptable voltage value of the DC conversion power supply circuit (1). An uninterrupted power supply discharge circuit (3) inhibits voltage rebound of an uninterrupted power supply (2) during heavy/light load switching, thus avoiding repeated output of an output power supply of the DC conversion power supply circuit (1), thereby avoiding damage to a device since the device enters periodical power-on/power-off process during protection by an existing power-down protection circuit.
