The tubular friction nano-generator comprises: a friction layer (2) of a tubular structure, wherein the friction layer (2) is made of an elastic material; an outer electrode layer (3) coating an outer side of the friction layer (2) of a tubular structure; and an inner electrode layer (1), wherein an outer surface thereof is partially or fully attached to an inner surface of the friction layer (2), the inner electrode layer (1) is at least partially isolated from the inner surface of the friction layer (2) after being in contact with same when the tubular friction nano-generator deforms and then recovers, and a charge flow is generated between the inner electrode layer (1) and the outer electrode layer (3).
