CLEANING COMPOSITIONS CONTAINING DIAMINOSTILBENE BRIGHTENER

A cleaning composition, preferably a granular laundry detergent composition, containing a diaminostilbene brightener in a surfactant system containing a C₁₀-C₂₀ linear alkylbenzene sulphonate (LAS), a C₆-C₁₈ unalkoxylated alkyl sulphate (AS), and fatty acids or salts thereof at specific amounts and weight ratios. Such a surfactant system results in surprisingly better dissolution of the diaminostilbene brightener in water.
