Disclosed are an electric vehicle dynamic coupling system, an electric vehicle having same, and a control method therefor. The electric vehicle dynamic coupling system comprises: a planet gear drive mechanism comprising a sun gear (2), a planet gear (3), a planet carrier (6) and a gear ring (5), wherein the planet carrier (6) is connected to the planet gear (3), and the planet gear (3) meshes with the sun gear (2) and the gear ring (5), respectively; a clutch (4) controlled so as to be engaged with or disengaged from the gear ring (5); a main reduction gear set connected to an output shaft (21) of the planet carrier; a differential (15) connected to an output shaft (18) of the main reduction gear set; a first electric motor (1) driving an input shaft of the sun gear (2) of the planet gear drive mechanism; and a second electric motor (12) controlled so as to drive the gear ring (5) or the output shaft (21) of the planet carrier. The electric vehicle dynamic coupling system can use different working modes in different working conditions, thus meeting different requirements for motor power or rotational speed, etc., and improving the applicability of the electric vehicle.
