NEW ENGLISH LANGUAGE LEARNING TEACHING TOOL AND LEARNING METHOD

A new English language learning teaching tool, comprising a consonant card, a vowel card, a suffix card, a consonant pronunciation memory skill card, a vowel pronunciation memory skill card, a suffix pronunciation memory skill card, and a word spelling and writing skill card, wherein by scanning the above-mentioned cards by means of an application pre-installed on a mobile phone, the mobile phone presents the pronunciation of and various learning skills regarding each letter to a user for learning; and a new English language learning method applying the new English language learning teaching tool. Spelling, according to the spelling and writing styles of Chinese Pinyin, reciting, and writing, by listening to a sound, English words can effectively help students learn English and learn English words quickly and easily, thereby increasing their vocabulary and broadening learning horizons.
