The present invention relates to a part-time job offer and part-time job seeker matching service providing method which provides a real-time part-time job offer and part-time job seeker matching service between job offering companies and job seekers wanting each other based on the location of the job offering companies. The part-time job offer and part-time job seeker matching service providing method can provide the part-time job offer and part-time job seeker matching service more efficiently by providing information regarding the previous working status of the job seekers for the job seekers. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the part-time job offer and part-time job seeker matching service providing method includes: a first step of registering the job seeking information including the job seeker location information from a job seeker terminal to a service providing device; a second step of providing job offer information to the job seeker terminal registering a location near the location of a job offering company when the service providing device receives job offer request information including the pay information and the job offering company location; a third step of providing job seeker information including the activity and black indices corresponding to the previous work state of a corresponding job seeker to the job offering terminal based on the job offer selection information provided from the service providing device to the job seeker terminal; a fourth step of providing interview standby information to the corresponding job seeker terminal based on the interview target job seeker information provided from the job seeker terminal and the service providing device; a fifth step of updating the activity index of the corresponding job seeker based on the reception of the job seeking completion information from the job offering terminal or the job seeker terminal from the service providing device; and a sixth step of updating the black index of the corresponding job seeker based on reception of the complaint information from the job offering terminal provided from the job seeker terminal and the service providing device.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
