摘要

The present specification relates to a method for manufacturing a light absorbing layer of an organic-inorganic complex solar cell, which includes the steps of: coating an electrode with a droplet with a radius of 100 nm to 500 nm including a first perovskite precursor solution including metal halide; and coating the coated metal halide with a droplet with a radius of 100 nm to 500 nm including a second perovskite precursor solution including organic halide, and a method for manufacturing an organic-inorganic complex solar cell using the same. Accordingly, the present invention can simplify a manufacturing process and form a crystal with high purity.
