The present invention relates to a door lock with a touch-screen. More specifically, the present invention relates to a door lock, having a touch-screen which consists of a transparent display on a glass door, and overlaps and displays an advertisement picture and a door lock keypad together. While seeing the advertisement, a user can unlock a lock state of the door lock by touching the door lock keypad. Also, the present invention relates to a glass door with the door lock. To this end, the door lock with a touch-screen according to the present invention comprises: a touch screen; an activation part for creating an event to activate the touch-screen; a turn detecting part for detecting a turning quantity of a wheel installed at a handle of the door; and a control part for displaying an advertisement picture assigned at the present time on the touch-screen, if the event which has been created in the activation part is input, and for displaying a moving bar which varies in length, according to the turning quantity of a wheel, if the turning quantity of a wheel which has been detected in the turn detecting part is input, and for overlapping and displaying a door lock keypad on the advertisement picture on the touch-screen, when the turning quantity of a wheel and a predetermined value are identical by comparison, if a turning quantity of a wheel is not input for a certain time, or a complete signal of turning quantity of a wheel is input.
