摘要

The gear door lock system is an important subsystem of the plane, its locking reliability directly affects the safety and maneuverability of the plane. In this paper, the deformation of a main gear front door when it is closed is got by finite element analysis (FEA) method. A reliability calculation model of the offset distance of the lock ring is developed. The reliability test was performed to get the locking reliability of the lock. Finally the locking reliability of main gear front door lock system was got. The results can provide a reference to improve the system.
