The present invention relates to a polymer brush-metal nanorod cluster organic/ inorganic composite based on graphene oxide having a stimulus-responsiveness, and a biosensing technology based on a surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) using the same. According to a graphene oxide-metal nanorod cluster for biosensing and/or bioimage measurement based on the SERS, graphene oxide and a metal nanorod are rearranged to be close to each other by a phase transition of NIPAA which is a temperature-responsive polymer, and a density of the metal nanorod existing on a surface of the graphene oxide increases, thereby further enhancing a Raman signal. In addition, a sandwich type immune complex based on a cluster exhibits temperature responsiveness as described above, and represents a linear proportional relationship between an intensity of the Raman signal and a concentration of a detecting object molecule, such that detection sensitivity is represented to be very excellent. Therefore, the graphene oxide-metal nanorod cluster of the present invention can be used as a core technology in smart biosensing and bioimaging fields.
