Disclosed is a measurement device capable of measuring linearity of a linear variable differential transformer, diagnosing performance of related control equipment using the same and managing history of use of the linear variable differential transformer. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a device coupled to a linear variable differential transformer to measure accuracy comprises: a mechanical portion coupled to a body and a core of the linear variable differential transformer to vary a distance between the body and the core; a control portion coupled to the mechanical portion to apply a control signal enabling the body to be spaced apart from the core at a predetermined distance, and applying a waveform to a circuit portion of the body to receive a distance between the body and the core measured in the linear variable differential transformer; and an integrated operation management portion coupled to the control portion to compare the predetermined distance with the distance between the body and the core measured in the linear variable differential transformer.
