The present invention relates to a cavity measuring apparatus for a rear side of a tunnel lining. The cavity measuring apparatus (11) is arranged on a bottom surface facing a rear side of an upper end of a form for an arch-shaped tunnel lining, and comprises: an upper housing (110) having an accommodation space formed therein to allow the tunnel lining to enter; a lower housing (120) facing a lower surface of the upper housing (110) and having a space separated from the upper housing (110); an earth pressure gauge support housing (212) stored in the lower housing (120); and a weight transfer unit (30) stored in the upper housing (110) and arranged on an upper side of the earth pressure gauge support housing (212) to transfer a weight of poured concrete mortar to the earth pressure gauge support housing (212). The earth pressure gauge support housing (212) includes an earth pressure gauge (211), and has a storage groove (212a) to accommodate the earth pressure gauge (211), and a wire organizing groove (212b) penetrated from the outside towards the storage groove (212a). According to the present invention, the cavity measuring apparatus for a rear side of a tunnel lining can accurately and conveniently measure a cavity of a rear side of an upper end of a tunnel lining.
