An inverter control system, an inverter control method, and a recording medium recording a computer-readable program for executing the method are disclosed. The inverter control system is a control system for controlling an interleaved voltage source inverter system including inductors magnetically coupled to each other and connected to parallel-connected voltage-type inductors, respectively and includes a circulation current calculating unit, an image current separating unit, and an inverter current control unit. The circulation current calculating unit calculates a circulating current which circulates through the inverters from the currents flowing in the parallel-connected inverters, respectively. The image current separating unit calculates a cross current by separating the image current from the circulating current. The inverter current control unit processes the cross current and the image current with a preset method, respectively. Accordingly, the present invention can improve the stability of the inverter system.
