The present invention relates to a light dryer for drying agro-fishery products, and especially, to a light dryer for drying agro-fishery products with light generated by absorbing microwaves, wherein the light dryer comprises: a housing; a magnetron provided in the housing to emit microwaves; an optical drying module including an electrodeless lamp for absorbing the microwaves emitted from the magnetron and discharging the light to a drying chamber containing the agro-fishery products; and an attachment member fixing the housing to the inside of the drying chamber, and thus the present invention is an excellent invention which is eco-friendly, has high drying efficiency, and is excellent in hygiene such as sterilization and pasteurization.
