The present invention relates to an elastic polymer-ceramic hybrid film with excellent elastic and mechanical properties and a manufacturing method thereof. A polymer-ceramic hybrid material according to the present invention is the elastic polymer-ceramic hybrid film, which can maintain a film foam for a long time while implementing excellent elastic and mechanical properties at the same time, thereby being applied as a medical material. Also, a hydrogel used in a film manufacturing process can be very helpfully used as a 3D printing material. The polymer-ceramic hybrid film according to the present invention can improve mechanical strength by differently arranging ceramic particles in a hybrid material. Also, the method for manufacturing an elastic polymer-ceramic hybrid film according to the present invention includes only the manufacturing process which is simple and easy and can manufacture a polymer-ceramic material at room temperature. The elastic polymer-ceramic hybrid film includes: a biocompatible polymer including a carboxyl group and a hydroxyl group; calcium phosphate; and a divalent metal ion.
