The present invention relates to an elastic polymer-ceramic hybrid film and a method for producing the same. According to the present invention, a polymer-ceramic hybrid material, which is an elastic polymer-ceramic hybrid film, can be maintained in a film shape for a long time while exhibiting excellent elasticity and mechanical properties, thereby being usable as a medical material. In addition, hydrogel used in a producing process of the film can be effectively used as a material for 3D printing. According to the present invention of the polymer-ceramic hybrid film, it is possible to vary the arrangement of the ceramic particles in the hybrid material by varying a machining process of a hybrid liquid, thereby enhancing mechanical strength. Moreover, according to the present invention, a method for producing an elastic polymer-ceramic hybrid film includes producing processes that are conducted simply and easily, and it is possible to produce a polymer-ceramic material at room temperature.
