The present invention provides a method for managing parent sea cucumbers, comprising: a low temperature managing step (1) in which a farming water temperature is lowered to 8°C for 12 weeks; a pre-breeding managing step (2) for raising the temperature to 18°C for 14 weeks from the step (1); a breeding season managing step (3) after the step (2); and a post-breeding managing step (4) which is managed at a room temperature after the step (3). The method of the present invention can secure stable sea cucumber seeds, extend a period for producing sea cucumber seeds, and shorten a cultivation period of sea cucumbers, thereby contributing to an increase of income of sea cucumber farms.
